  En-suite design and installation

  Excellent attention to detail from start to finish when working to create our new en-suite. He was very open with us during the design process to ensure the finished bathroom would be best suited to our needs, including talking through design challenges and the potential impacts of some of our choices. Very respectful in our home and an excellent communicator. We are very happy with the result and have confidence that it was installed well and should be long-lasting. Was a pleasure to work with - would use for future jobs, and highly recommend.

  Outstanding work

  Few years ago Joe completed a full bathroom refit for me, the result was beyond my expectations and perfectly done. I have since moved and needed my bathroom to be upgraded/revamped and I didn’t hesitate to ask Joe again. The finished result is again outstanding, he simply is the best at tiling! Joe arrives promptly each day, is friendly, tidy and works hard. All the work was completed in the time which he said it would be done by. I would 100% recommend, and have done so to friends and family.

  Bathroom installation

  We have been waiting for a long time to have our bathroom refurbished and have had a number of companies round to give quotes and advice. Thankfully we didn't go with any of them as Joe was recently recommended to us, and we're so glad he was. The quality of Joe's work is top class, he has great attention to detail, and really wants his customer to be happy with the finished product - and we were! Joe is friendly, a good laugh and can be trusted. He's so good we'll be having him back to sort out our en suite in 2026.

  High quality, professional plumbing service

  I couldn’t be more pleased with my finished bathroom; it’s just what I’d hoped for and more. From the outset, Joe was quietly professional, offering his experience and knowledge to help me plan the bathroom, choose colours and agree finishing touches. Joe has a straight forward, direct approach and isn't afraid to question decisions and back this up with expert knowledge. He is quite a visionary when it comes to the end product which as someone who cannot do this, was reassuring! Trustworthy, honest and direct, I would highly recommend Joe and 1st Choice.

  New Bathroom

  Had a new bathroom fitted and I can honestly say Joe was an absolutely grade A professional. The workmanship was second to none ,attention to detail could not be faulted cleanliness 10/10 .Would be the only plumber I would use in the future

  En-suite and Bathroom Refit

  Well , what can i say! Joe did a fantastic job on a completely refitted en-suite bathroom and ungraded bathroom. Joe listened to everything i wanted and also gave good advice. He was always curtious and a very clean and tidy worker. I would recommend him every time. Thankyou Joe
