  Excellent tree felling and stump grinding

  I've used these guys ( and girl) several times and each time they do a very good job. they are safety conscious, courteous and they always clean up well after wards.

  Tree felling

  Great communication and expertise from John. He gave a quote for the felling of two trees and crown thinning of a third. His was the best quote I had and I was confident his company could do the work. Application to council was also carried out by him, so it was very easy for me. Two guys who did the work were excellent workers. Efficient, knew their job, carried out all the work, polite and tidy. Can’t speak highly enough of them. They felled another smaller tree on the day after a fair quote.

  Removal of 30m pine tree affected by fungal decay

  John and the whole team at 1st Call Trees are truly exceptional at what they do. We sadly had the task of seeking the removal of an extremely large Monterey pine condemned due to a fungal fruiting body and situated in a seemingly impossible position with every possible obstacle available, from multiple access roads, to lamp posts, phone lines and many nearby houses. 1st Call used a large crane and numerous other machines and vehicles to safely and quickly carry out the works. The whole operation completed with military precision! They were absolutely the best team for the job. A****

  Tree Felling, Crown Reduction & Stump Grinding

  Tim came out to inspect our plot and was both generous with his time and honest in what he thought we should do. This honesty from the outset was greatly appreciated; we had no experience with having to deal with trees but Tim told us what we should do and also advised when things could be left. When it came to the work itself the team of 3 were fantastic; friendly, approachable and willing to spend time talking through different options. Our garden has been transformed with the work they have done. We are very happy and will absolutely be using them again. Well done!

  Pollarding of ash trees & privet hedge cut back to coping stone

  1st Call Trees were very prompt. The work was skilfully executed and they did a thorough clean up afterwards. All in all my experience of 1st Call Trees has been first-rate and I have no hesitation in commending them.
