Really professional visit with great comms. £96 including VAT

First call services - first class service had a bad leak in my bathroom and the plumber first call sent was great arrived at stated time explained exactly what he would need to do to put things right and done a great job.

Needed my hive hub fitted and my boiler serviced, very friendly team, worked efficiently and was very tidy. Would highly recommend :)

David was able to come out within a couple of hours of my phone call and went above and beyond in ensuring that my appliance was fitted safely

My old boiler had given up the ghost. Reviewed boiler engineers in the area found 1st call services . Phoned the company and explained a new boiler was needed , Dave introduced himself and said he would see us on the Wednesday afternoon . During the visit Dave explained clearly what was needed to fit the boiler .He said he would get back to me that evening with price ,and no obligation to buy. With only a few days to go until Xmas day our boiler broke down in Southend, Essex. Unfortunately, my regular guy let me down at the last minute. My Google search came up with 1st Call Services. WHAT A FIND!! They were at my home within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, and then ordered the part required.  They returned at 9am the following day and about an hour later the boiler was fixed and Xmas saved. Needless to say with service like this they have now become my, "go to" company for all my heating/boiler requirements.  If you are searching for a local heating company,
