Peter arrived very promptly. He dealt with the first door lock in a few minutes and explained another issue with the door, and that it need not be dealt with (therefore not angling for unnecessary work). The second door lock was more troublesome, but with his 35 years experience dealt with it very satisfactorily. He explained what he was doing as he went along, and alternatives re the second lock.
