  New damp course, new heating, new walls and ceilings

  Ive spent in excess of 30.000 with this firm and they haven't had the decency to provide me with any certificates which they had promised to do. There is a whole catalogue of errors with this firm.

  Unfortunately, this customer “ran out of money” and decided to not pay our invoice alongside other contractors on the same job. In the event that the full invoice is paid we will gladly pass on the relevant guarantees. It is a shame that review sites are used as blackmail to tarnish a reputable company’s reputation in hope to underhandedly accomplish their desires.

  Moving Radiators across the room, capping off gas too.

  Alex and his team are some of the most professional and polite workmen I have had the pleasure of meeting. He arrives on time, keep you informed and goes above and beyond everytime. Since Alex has taken over First Call Heritage, the company has improved massively. Cannot recommend them enough.

  I had woodworm treatment done to my roof under 1st Call Heritage. The customer service was friendly and positive. The overall experience was of really high quality and at a good, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to any future customers.

  Alex, Simon and James provided excellent and friendly customer service. Alex was polite and honest when surveying and quoting to solve my woodworm problem in my loft. Simon and James were so clean and considerate whilst carrying out the job. I will definitely be recommending 1st call heritage to friends and family!
