  We are very happy with our new patio and 1st Advanced Landscapes. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly by Richard or Allison. Mike and Lewis were friendly and hardworking arriving at 7.30 and clearing away at the end of long days. We highly recommend 1st Advanced

  Richard, Allison and team were brilliant throughout the project. From the early days of quotes and revising the spec through to install, build, deliveries and make good, the team were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. They had excellent attention to detail. The level of workmanship has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.

  Replace driveway with brick pavers & flower bed adjustments

  The guys worked through all of the extreme temperatures of the past three weeks, including both Saturdays, and were polite and courteous to us and all of the neighbours and passers by. We are really happy with the finished driveway, including all of the adjustments to the flower beds and walls. In particular, I found the communication from Richard and Mike really excellent, updating and informing us on any changes or adjustments to the plan. Would definitely recommend them for your property.

  Lay new patio

  From our first call, Richard and his team were incredibly helpful and guided us through the process of deciding what to do with our patio. They then implemented the plan, working hard throughout the project and leaving everyday having tidied up the outdoor area. They were incredibly reliable and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the outcome. The new patio looks super! A huge thank you to Richard, Mike and Andy.

  Replace a block pavement Driveway

  Richard and his team have performed an excellent job. Our old driveway needed replacing after a recent mains water leak. The driveway and drainage needed to be replaced and needed someone who had a high attention for detail. Mike and Andy did an excellent job, always professional, punctual and had an obvious mastery in their work. We were very pleased with the finished work. At the end of the project, they helped with a couple of smaller tasks in the back garden too.

  To design and develop a new garden across a wilderness plot that had not been touched for 3 decades

  We are ecstatic about the transformative work on our overgrown garden undertaken by Richard Mellor and his team at 1st Advanced Landscapes. Richard and his team cleared the whole site, removing 150 tons of spoil before building beautifully curved architectural walls, tiered flower beds, a sun-bleached patio, lush lawn and contrasting dark cobblestone driveway. What we liked was the team's attention to detail, No short cuts or compromises. Best of all, we enjoyed the open discussions with the team, their hard-working nature an and friendliness. They have performed a miracle on our garden
