Replaced a 45 year old gas central heating boiler with a new Worcester Bosch model.

Firstly, they were very knowledgeable and efficient, gave good advice on all the options available (e.G Hive or Worcester Bosch controller) and provided a clear and thorough quote. Secondly, Brian who did the installation, was an instantly likeable and highly professional installer. There was no mess or untidiness, no sharp intakes of breath and rolling of eyes about "who installed this one, we are going to have to do extra work etc". Thirdly, whereas based on prior experience I was expecting regular interruptions, Brian just did the job solving any problems along the way. Brilliant.

New Boiler and Pump fitted.

We enjoyed having Dave the engineer who was polite and kept a cool head trying to solve a few issues whilst those around him were getting a little stressed. Although we had no heating for a couple of days the job was well done. We are very pleased with the new boiler.
