I had an annual Gas Safety check carried out at a property I rent out. 1st 4 Gas Services, were very professional liaised with my tenant and I, throughout keeping us updated. They were efficient and worked to a high standard. They carried out any repairs/ remedial action in accordance to legal requirements, ensuring I remain compliant. I have asked them to carry out all future repairs to the property and for annual gas safety checks. I would highly recommend them.

Warm air heating engineers are hard to come by so I was pleased to find this gentleman. He responded to my request for a service engineer for my elderly mother's warm air heating boiler. He did an excellent job servicing the boiler and cleaning the vents. He arrived promptly, was clean, tidy and polite - everything you would expect and wish for. Finally, he was happy to use me as the go-between as my mother doesn't have internet even though I wasn't the customer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking gas-related services.
