Again after my brief the company made sure I was getting the most out of it and that I did not miss an obvious solution the company did the work to a high standard leaving me again in the safe knowledge that I am in safe hands.

As always I give the brief and this is then used by the company to make sure I haven't missed anything. The work as always is of a high standard I always know I am in safe hands with them.

Needed the Loft ladder replacing with a bigger one as well as venting of the loft with vents and fans.

I gave them the brief of what I wanted done and then the company had a think how to give me the maximum benefit out of my brief, so the extension would make the most of the space available whilst taking the environment into account.

1Space were very helpful prior to attending, gave advice on the works I wanted and showed a high level of knowledge on the products that were recommended. On time, organised and clean workmanship the job was completed to a high standard. I was left with a high velocity extraction system in my loft that is quiet when running,I also had two 6 foot LED strip lights fitted in the loft with a switch at the hatch as you climb into the roof space. Highly recommended as very professional and reliable.

David was able to accommodate my specific request for the style of door, sound proofing and door furniture. The work was carried out to a very high standard and left clean and tidy. The price was on point and reasonable and David was very professional. Could not be happier with the end result.
