Bill and his team are brilliant. We are really happy with the work they have done to refurb our kitchen. They take pride in their work to ensure they delivery a top notch finish. Bill is very approachable me and user friendly. We will be using him again.

Really good experience from quote to start of works, and initial works for footings and brick work went well. Poor attention to detail in the interior, didn’t follow plan measurements, fitted kitchen out of alignment and had to redo (which they did without issue) then left site promising to return for snagging works and months later I am left with substantial issues and no contact from the builder. I am left with issues with the sub floor, electrics, and a number of snagging items on finishing works

Great workmanship

Thought he had done a good job on the garage but never returned to finish it try contacting but 7months later was ignored on several occasions but we had paid for work to be finished but didn’t return calls and gave him so much work which he carried it out and I paid out on time but a few issues afterwards and as I said no contact to rectify

I can’t speak highly enough of OneRefurb UK. They were professional and up front from start to finish, great communication ahead of, and during the job. They turned up when they said they would, and worked a clean site which was especially important for us as access was via the neighbour. We’re so pleased with the work done, which was completed quickly and to a high standard. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
