  Nino was reliable, hard working and a pleasure. He is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. We had an issue but he quickly resolved it. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!

  Nino carried out a number of jobs for me, cost £4,400. He installed an unvented cylinder and two toilet cisterns incorrectly. With regard to the cylinder he returned a number of times but was unable to resolve the issues. I then employed a properly qualified plumber for unvented systems who immediately identified the mistakes - costing me a further £280. With the cisterns he discarded the brackets to support the water tanks and used a single small screw to support the weight - again, that cost me.

  Nino fitted our boiler, transitioning from a conventional to combi system. He was incredibly proactive from the start, offering honest advice tailored to what our home and family actually needed rather than just pushing for a sale. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few snags during the installation, Nino stayed on top of it until everything was resolved perfectly. He maintained a professional workspace and left everything spotless. We’re already planning to bring him back for our kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Highly recommend!
