They quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged everything - scaffolding, tiling and waste removal - to put it right.

They turned up when they said they would, kept me informed about what they were doing and when they would be coming back. Very polite nice men, very tidy, no mess left behind. Promised the price would not be more than they estimated even if they came across anything else once they stated the job. Cannot fault the job in any way.

Very quick response from the moment I made first contact. Came round the next working day, inspected the problem (2 missing roof tiles due to the recent very strong winds), went and obtained replacement tiles and job finished there and then.
