Paul responded to my Checkatrade post very quickly, provided me with the cost and his availability. He showed up on time and even told me when he was 30 minutes away. He was extremely polite, performed the boiler service quickly and efficiently and answered some of my additional questions. The invoice was sent promptly after the job had finished. Would recommend Paul for any boiler servicing!

Sent out a boiler service request on Checkatrade on the bank holiday and Paul was the first to reply and managed to book me in that week. Pauls a good dude, great comms and punctual, completed the job, no mess or fuss. Not much to say except I'd 100% recommend his services.

Paul was very responsive. He called back in the same day I contacted him and was around to check on our issue the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set some time to come around and fix the issue. He completed the work same day and helped give us some additional advice on a couple of other small issues we’ve had since moving in. Thoroughly recommend!

Emergency call out as my heating stopped working Paul was amazing from start to finish.Would highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else.

tldr: Paul is exceptional. He installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us and is highly recommended. Our previous heating system was a messy, inadequate Frankenstein setup, and we’d been let down by other companies. Paul stood out with his detailed explanations and thorough notes. During the installation he worked quickly and efficiently. I work from home, and apart from a bit of drilling I hardly heard a sound. Everything was super neat and tidy at every step. We now have a reliable, powerful boiler providing ample hot water. Thank you, Paul, for a first-class job. My wife is thrilled.
