Excellent workmanship, extremely reliable, friendly men. We had guttering, fascias, cowel on chimney and flat roof with lantern, and everything was completed to a very high standard. Everything was fully explained clearly to us before the work was carried out. Very courteous and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making the house look so lovely for us. They were very prompt in replying to my request for a quote and in supplying the quote for the work. They turned up on time on the day, worked very hard, completed the job in one day. They were polite and friendly and left the place clean and tidy. Overall very pleased and would certainly recommend them.

Came within the hour. Went off to get materials. Returned with his team. Took photos and explained what he would do and agreed a price. Took photos again at end and job was done very well within two hours. He was very helpful and pleasant as were his team. They went off along the road and did a number of other jobs resulting from storm. We would recommend them unreservedly.

Everything was completed really quickly and the two men were polite, friendly and really helpful. I felt reassured that they weren't trying to claim there was more of an issue than there was. The contractor was organised and professional with sufficient manpower, materials, vehicles and tools to do the job quickly and efficiently. The work was at a high level and required the contractor to bring in a scaffolding firm also organised and professional. The contract was based on a clearly itemised price and subsequent invoices. The only change was an agreed extra requested by the client

Great communication, told us what they were going to do, always did what they said. The roof turned out to be in a much worse state than anticipated, taking 2-3 times longer, which they took in their stride. All issues were explained in a way that lay person could understand, photos provided and options discussed. Very courteous, polite team, particularly appreciated when as a woman I was home alone. Even happy to take on last minute extras that we requested. Really good focus on quality. Very professional outfit - have now used them twice in the family.
