Quick, tidy and very professional!

Made several phone calls to our water company who had fitted a water meter at our property (outside) with no access to the shut off lever, they were of no use at all and flatly refused to come out. one2one were so helpful when I explained our situation. They said someone would be out mid morning next day and they were. Sam came and eventually managed to squeeze his hand into a confined space to turn the meter off, did us a new stop tap and replaced the dripping pipe in the toilet , even popped out to get parts he didn’t have in his van, all at a great price.
