  job was created and had an interest very quickly. called to discuss the job and gave some good advice. communication throughout was excellent. showed up and cracked on with the job quickly and efficiently. Great job completed and would definitely recommend and use again.

  Liam removed the old carpet, fitted new one and sorted out door bars. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely book again, we plan to replace the bedroom carpet next

  Show-stopping work and “celebrity” customer service

  I contacted Liam for a quote on a specific LVT, he got back to me quickly and did a site visit to ensure what I was looking for. He provided a very competitive quote, broken down by item/ service and accommodated for me to supply my own LVT or for him to provide (he showed me catalogues and pointed out a select few) He and the team (Rod and Scott) was very friendly and sociable yet professional and efficient with the works throughout the entire process. Communication was quality even on his off days, and they went above and beyond with extras and helping me move furituture. Highly recommend.

  Exceptional Service and Workmanship nothing was to much trouble

  Top marks to 121 Flooring for the excellent service they provided us with yesterday Our carpet was delivered early yesterday morning and within a couple of ours Liam arrived to fit it . He started work straight away and worked so hard fitting all 3 rooms He was very professional and did a fantastic job completing it in just a few hours . He was also very helpful helping us move the larger furniture taking it apart and putting it back together . nothing was to much trouble . Thank you Liam . We will definitely be using 121 again .

  So happy with our experience with these guys. They constantly went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave fantastic advice. They levelled our floors and laid our LVT and were professional throughout and helpfully took all of the rubbish with them which saved us yet another tip run. Will definitely recommend!
