  Roof abutment was leaking. Water was running down internal party wall.

  Michael responded quickly and came to view promptly and replaced leadwork on the same day (the Saturday before Christmas!). He communicated regularly, took photos during and on completion. He followed up after a month to check everything ok. Would recommend and use again.
