  Chris was fantastic. He contacted me soon after logging the issue to the site, and after exchanging some photos/messages, and talking me through some simple testing of the appliance, he was quickly able to diagnose the issue. Chris gave me a very reasonable "no fix, no fee" quote and ordered the part straight away for next day delivery and fitting. Very happy & grateful customer.
