  EV charger installation, 13 x lights changed

  Luke did a great job, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He and his colleague (Aaron I believe) worked a long day to get our EV charger, upgraded fuse board and 13 new light fittings all done in one day. He also spotted a problem with an unsafe electric shower, which he decommissioned for us. We will be using Luke for all our future electrician jobs and would not hesitate to recommend him.

  New carpets - 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs

  Richard and Julian did a fantastic job, they managed to get the carpet we wanted with less notice than was ideal as our completion date on our new house got changed. They were efficient and hardworking, got the job completed on time and did a cracking job. The end result looks superb. Such nice guys as well, really helpful and friendly.

  House move in clean

  Mandy was brilliant! She was really understanding and flexible when we had to change the date of the job due to delays in the house completing. She arrived on time (unlike us!) and had brought all the equipment and supplies she needed. She worked really hard, showed excellent attention to detail and completed the house clean to a high standard. She was lovely to chat to and just a thoroughly decent person. Thanks, Mandy, for doing a super job, it was great to meet you :)

  Removal of EV charger

  Elektra de-installed my EV charger as part of a house move. The electrician that carried out the job was punctual, polite and efficient. Mike was really helpful in organising the work, we were uncertain of the date as we were in a fairly long chain, but he was really flexible and always responded swiftly to my messages. Thank you, Elektra, for providing an excellent level of service.
