  Gavin responded straight away. His communication was brilliant. He came the next day and went to 2 properties and carried out the inspections. There was a repair needed which he did. Paperwork arrived same day. The price was very competitive. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks you Gavin and Checkatrade
