  Gul got in contact to move our arrangements. He was on time, informing me he was on his way. Did a thorough service of the hot water system's boiler. He talked me through aspects of what he was doing and why. We then met at my mum's house immediately after, where he again did a thorough check and service of the boiler and gas.
