  Replace lead flashing to roof around chimney

  The team arrived with all the necessary kit for a town house and after a full inspection immediately informed me of an issue with the initial quote. This was remedied with the team heading off to the builders merchant for some extra lead! But they came back and worked quickly to make everything water tight and offered a two year warranty on the work. They also fixed a neighbours roof tile whilst they were at it for a small fee. We only booked the work on Monday so very good communication and turnaround.
