  Colour Craze - First Class Customer Service!

  I have already left a review for a small job that Colour Craze did for me. We decided to get them back to do a much bigger job. There was a little confusion regarding the price but Davey showed great integrity by honouring the price that I thought we had agreed. The Colour Craze team arrived on time and stayed all day to do the job. There were a few things not quite right but Davey in his team came back on two occasions to put things right. I personally don't mind things being not quite right, it's how the company reacts to the feedback. Colour Craze customer service is first class!

  Colour Craze - First Class Customer Service!

  From start to finish this company was first class. Within minutes of putting the request in to Checkatrade, David contacted me and talked through my requirements. We agreed a price and day for the work to be done. He arrived on time and the work was completed. David wasn't happy with the finish (I hadn't said or noticed anything) which shows how customer service orientated this business is. He returned on the day that he said he would and completed the work. Really impressed with the business and I am getting them back to do some additional work for me.
