  KGRM were very responsive when I asked for a EICR to be completed for a 2-bedroom flat. They provided a quote and available dates very fast. I found KGRM to be reliable and easy to deal with. They sent an invoice once the work was completed and sent the report once the invoice was paid which is usual practice. I would recommend KGRM as they are very straightforward to deal with and responsive. They are also competitively priced for the service they provided.
