  Electrical checks following a leak and also replacing our fire alarms

  Really thorough and helpful in helping us with EICRs in my flat as well as the flat below us which had some damage following a leak. Did a great job SEand would definitely use again

  Plastering fine. Bathroom incomplete - agreed plastering instead of re-tiling boxed in pipes as it sounded easier/cheaper - access lid fell off immediately and I later noticed the large gap left between box and toilet. That was nearly £900 so likely cost more than just re-tiling. Our painting quote for a ceiling rose from £325 to £540 over night when adding white paint pot and brushes. VAT was added on despite them not being VAT-registered (as far as can see - no number provided). I have no doubt I overpaid, as I was overwhelmed after an awful leak and genuinely believed they wanted to help
