  Washing machine wouldn’t drain

  Late one evening my washing machine wouldn’t drain! I came onto check a trade and John reached out to me after seeing my job description - he told me Alex would come out the next day before 1pm, Alex arrived at 9:30am!! Identified the problem within 5 minutes tried to fix it without needing a new pump but it did need a new pump luckily he had one with him & he installed it and put everything back together quickly and exactly how he found it very tidy and good service the job took around 1 hour and I was so relieved it was fixed! I will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them !
