  Rene from Swiss Touch Electrics was more than an electrician putting in a humidistat extractor fan (which is what I had asked for). He looked at the entire flat to find the probable sources of damp and mould and recommended what to do about it, then he got on and did it himself. He took up spongy underflooring, used mould spray on floors, walls and under the kitchen cupboards, he cleaned, and he fitted new flooring making sure it matched the rest of the decor. Then he took away all the rubbish. Such attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Rene!

  Efficient, fast and friendly with great communication.

  My tenant reported that the wall mounted heaters in his flat had suddenly all stopped working and he was without heating. I posted the job and got a fast reply from KGRM. They booked a visit to investigate and found that one heater was tripping the circuit and a second was also faulty. They were able to return quickly to replace the two faulty heaters and now everything is working again. Tenant is happy and so am I. Very pleasant to communicate with, efficient fast and friendly. Thank you Kieran!
