  No working loft hatch

  Used these guys back in December to install installation and a new ladder and hatch. Sadly can't give a good review as I've been left in the lurch for 3 months now with no working loft hatch, and every time I message them they say they'll get to it but never do. Disappointed as they did seem lovely guys and installed attic boarding and a loft ladder to a good standard. I had already paid based on the work being 95% done and on a promise that they would return the next week to install the working hatch, obviously they've taken me for a fool. Wouldn't use again.
