  Throughout the job Reece was easily contactable, professional and efficient. Following our first conversation, he arrived the next day to provide a quote and arrived bang on time. He offered a competitive price and was able to give a clear run down on what he thought needed doing without unnecessary upselling. He was available within short notice to carry out the work. It took him and his team the same time he had estimated and kept me informed throughout the job. We had a small issue following the work but Reece didn't hesitate to come back and rectify the next day. 100% recommend RWS.
