  Electrical Installation Condition Report

  Disappointing experience throughout. My 8:30am EICR was cancelled over two hours late due to another job overrunning. At the inspection, I was told it couldn’t be completed without remedial works, despite me not agreeing or receiving a quote. Parts were being sourced without consent and I was offered a “half completed” report. After ongoing back and forth, it was marked Unsatisfactory. A second electrician later deemed it Satisfactory. Poor communication and unnecessary pressure.
