  Very polite and courteous. It was explained extensively what work would be carried out and how long the work would take. The whole process of getting a quote to getting a date for the work to be carried out was so easy and straight forward. The calibre of the work was excellent really such a high standard and the area was left spotless. Would use again for any other work of this nature
