  Smart Heating controls fitting

  Very quick and responsive to initial request. Clear information, clear answers to queries, great price and was able to install within 36 hours. Job done with zero fuss or mess and quickly. Respectful of the property, friendly and I appreciated that he struck a nice balance between checking I had the info needed without needlessly explaining the basics (as a long term user of same controls previously). Also appreciated that he had a card payment machine. Would happily use again.

  Replacement TRV

  Clear communication upfront, responsive to questions. Job done was quick, complete and they were super tidy. No mess, no fuss. Particularly appreciated them walking me through what had been done and checking I knew how to operate the new TRV. They also took the old valve away to dispose of. They were later than agreed and would have been helpful if they’d messaged to say so but when they arrived they worked at a gallop, were polite and respectful of the property. I’d recommend.
