  Came out promptly to provide a quote. Work had to be resceduled twice because of weather - which was fair enough but communications about delays could have been better. Actual repair work was well done and completed promptly with minimum fuss (including sourcing ridge tiles). Roofer was friendly and explained what he was doing. Tidied up after completing work.
