  Stopcock and valves to a washing machine were seized, needed alternative way to shut off supply.

  I requested a visit to evaluate the work as the pipes are in a difficult to reach location at back of cupboard, this was done on the day i raised the request. The work itself was carried out the following day after other previously scheduled work was completed. As the existing valves could not be freed, new valves were added in line with the old to take their place. The plumber was polite and left the site clean and tidy. Very happy with outcome and timescale.
