  Excellent end to end experience

  Fast response to my query with a follow up phone call, prompt booking of an appointment and then a follow up visit two weeks later. He was efficient and thoroughly investigated the issue, taking the time to carefully explain the procedure he would be following to me. An excellent experience plus I am also now far better informed about mice and rats! :-D I would not hesitate to recommend BKV Services.
