  Agreed on a price for the work on a date and time the works done to a good standard job done

  A good experience once the right tradesman was found. There are some on this site wanted 3 times as much which is not fair to the person seeking work they are literally hoping that I was gullible and had no idea what the going rates were. Those types of trades people give all trades a bad name and makes it much more difficult to find a good one.
