  Reliable, honest, reasonable, 100% recommend

  I booked a non-urgent visit and Adrian was able to visit the next morning, I found him to be polite, professional - and good with dogs which was a bonus! Two locks needed repairing and rather than change the whole lock he was able to replace some parts. About 20 minutes after I had paid for the parts to be ordered, Adrian phoned to say that they were on sale and he would refund me the difference, I thought that this was really honest. Great communication and my job is now completed, 100% reommend.
