  plumbing: identified source of leak and made repair.

  Ryan of RSPS arranged for Craig to do our job very promptly. In fact he notified us that they were able to arrive a couple of hours earlier than first thought. Craig was very pleasant. He identified the problem, explained the issue clearly and made the repair with no fuss. We would be happy to use RSPS for other plumbing work and will recommend them to others. Thank you Ryan and Craig.

  Preparing and repainting lower, upper & back hall and banisters.

  Tom and the other painter were polite, friendly and easy to have in the house. They kept us up to date with their plan of work and just got on with the job. They spent good time preparing the area and cleaning up at the end. The job has been well done. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  It is hard to rate the quality of the work because we cannot see in detail the work done at the chimney. Hence I have rated it as 'good', based on the overall experience of working with this roofer. I was particularly pleased that he did not insist on using scaffolding for this small job, although I appreciate the risks involved in working at height. I found this tradesman to be friendly and reliable in relation to our job. I would recommend him for similar work.
