  Repairs to UPVC window that didn’t close properly.

  Tru-Guard responded almost immediately to my enquiry and arranged to come and see the problem on a date and time that worked for me. They turned up on time and quickly worked out what the problem was and how to solve it. The window had leaked for some time with wind howling through it and I was gearing up to needing the window to be replaced. They worked on it so now it closes properly with no wind noise. I had another window with the same issue in another room and they kindly fixed that one too while they were here. Very pleased.
