  Electrical fault on consumer unit.

  Mark turned up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem - a faulty MCB - and replaced it. He then tested the electrical system to be sure that there were no other problems lurking about. Very professional service. I have heat again.

  Toilet problem - The case of the Wandering Pan.
