  Widening fireplace and installing 2x lintels

  Excellent communication, swiftly provided a competitive quote from photos and structural engineers drawings. This saved me hassle of (imo) an necessary visit to quote for a simple job. Turned up with relevent lintels and worked impressively hard to create the void and fit them in one day. As requested were careful to avoid damaging adjacent plasterwork. This avoided the need to re-plaster and enabled the later fitting of the new fire-surround swift and easy. Took away all the rubble leaving their work tidy. Building Regs passed it the next day with positive "Good job" comments.
