  ridge tile slipped putting pressure on guttering causing it to become disconnected

  Good communication to discuss job, & agree price. They were at my house & job done within 3 hours. Fully explained to me what had caused the problem & also why it could happen again but didnt push for me to have work done. Very good follow up communication, would definitely use them again
