  Wire from shower to fuse box melted

  Quick turnaround with fixing issue. We didn’t know what the issue was, but we were pretty sure it was more than just the shower. Jay came over and found the problem quickly and returned to complete the work a few days later on a Saturday no less! Happy to finally be having showers rather than having to have baths! Only minor thing was that he said he would be there at 4:30 pm on one day, but cancelled due to a job running over, but rescheduled at 9:15 the next day, and was prompt on that day.

  Emergency roof repair and replacement

  Came out same day and secured our fallen roof. The roads were horrendous that day due to the snow, and they still came. They came back on the next working day to complete the works and replaced our old roof with a new one that is very secure and dry. Not dreading the next lot of snow so much now.
