  replace lintel

  Used these for an urgent lintel repair and he sent out another lad who works with him . Fast response and great communication with LPH. Few snagging issues which were largely rectified but cant put these down to LPH as it was subcontractor.

  kitchen decoration

  Thomas painted our new kitchen for us, came out before to do the base coat then after installation finished the walls and skirting. It looks good. We ended up trying out 5 colour samples and I was grateful for his persistence in helping us find the right one. Left the place clean and tidy afterwards and kitchen furniture was well protected.

  complete rewire

  I needed a complete rewire promptly after buying a house as the electrics were old and probably not safe. I had arranged with M&H who quoted reasonably and unfortunately the house sale was delayed, they were very polite and agreed to delay the work without issue and were very trusting to book such a bit job in without deposit. Im so glad we used them , they were polite, friendly and thorough. They completed a walk through with us before the work and provided detailed quotes. They worked in a very tidy fashion and the cables were neat. All work was to a high standard and they cleaned after.

  Brickwork repair and helical bar stitching

  I chose Williams due to their other great feedback for similar work. I wanted some minor step cracking on the corner of the building made good , with helical bars for extra peace of mind. I wanted it done correctly and to a high standard, so although the quote was higher than other id had, it was more important to me that the person doing the work was experienced & would take care and effort to disguise the repairs & repair the wall in a way that was in keeping with the age of the house. I was happy with the quality of the work and they took time to select a matching bricks and repointing.
