  Russell answered my query promptly was very punctual and told me exactly what the issue was. He prepared a quote within a couple of days and from when I placed the query on Checkatrade to completion was only 10 days, even allowing for the weather. Russell's communication was superb, letting me know exactly when he would be coming, and any delays due to bad weather. The work looks good, any mess made was cleared away perfectly, and the job was reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend Russell.
