  Remove damaged vinyl, repair damaged section of subfloor, put down all new LVT flooring

  Josh from JMT Flooring was very friendly and clearly explained the condition of the damaged subfloor. He gave me a few repair options and his honest take on the pros and cons of each. Once I confirmed the repair option I wanted, he accommodated me in his busy schedule to get the job booked in quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and Josh left everywhere nice and tidy. I highly recommend JMT Flooring and will use their services again.
