  Great experience - timely and informative communication; decent quote; agreed mutually convenient appointment, and reconfirmed the day before. On the day - turned up on the dot and worked flat out - very neat and tidy and with great wood skills. Listened to our ideas/ wants, discussed, and supported our decisions.
