  Needed to install new TV in bedroom where not had TV before.

  Kevin arrived promptly, was very sensitive to my parents’ needs, considered the job very carefully and proposed a different solution from what we had discussed, because he thought through the environment and the history of the property. Very pleased with Kevin’s visit - the TV is installed and we also appreciated Kevin’s willingness to change some settings so the TV is set up in exactly the way we need it.
