  I asked them to come at 9.30am on moving day but they turned up at 11.45am due to some issues with thier van. Communication was not good from them and I was very stressed. Then it took them 4 and half hours to load everything even though we had to be out by 2pm we were out only by 4.30pm. when i opened the fragile boxes of glass about 4-5 cups were broken in spite of being packed well and labeled. Then when I asked for compensation, they started arguing with me saying that it's my fault for not packing well. and didn't accept responsibility for being 2 and half hours late in the morning.
