  Replacing a toilet

  I’m very pleased with the service provided. The workman was professional, punctual, and completed the toilet replacement to a high standard. He took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. What really stood out was his willingness to offer helpful advice on choosing a new toilet. He patiently talked through different options, highlighting the pros and cons of each, which made the decision much easier. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. Overall, an excellent experience.

  Fixing leak from pipework behind radiator

  Great experience overall. The tradesman was upfront and transparent about the challenges involved, clearly explaining what could and couldn’t be done and why. Although there were delays to the original agreed time, this was communicated honestly rather than glossed over. They also had to return the following day due to not having the required items on the first visit, which again was explained openly. Despite these hiccups, the quality of the work was excellent and done with care. I appreciated the professionalism, clear communication, and integrity shown throughout and would happily recommend
